Tim K. Conlan, MD, FAAOS
Board-Certified Orthopedic Surgeon and Joint Replacement Specialist
Dr. Tim K. Conlan is a fellowship-trained, board-certified orthopaedic surgeon with expertise in hip replacement and knee replacement. Practicing since 1996, Dr. Conlan is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons (FAAOS) and a member of the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons.
Dr. Conlan grew up in northeast Ohio and earned his undergraduate degree from the US Naval Academy in 1979, where he played collegiate squash and tennis. After serving in the Navy until 1985, he completed his medical degree at The Ohio State University College of Medicine in 1989.
Dr. Conlan trained as an orthopedic surgery resident at the University of Alabama Hospital in Birmingham until 1995, followed by an additional year of training as a fellow in adult reconstructive surgery at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.
Since joining Spectrum Orthopedics in 1998, Dr. Conlan has taught courses for advanced surgical techniques and given local health talks.
Outside of his orthopedic surgery practice, Dr. Conlan cycling, running, traveling, and spending time with his family.
